I took this one of Owen as I was about to be wheeled into the hospital to have Hadley. I got a little teary-eyed thinking that this was the last photo of him as an only child. He seemed so mature!
I think these are roughly in chronological order so you can see how she's changed already.
First bottle! It was a success!
He still likes her for the most part. :) And he likes to share/show her Bo a lot. Who wouldn't like Bo, right?
Daddy took Owen to a Lowe's building project for some guy time. They used a hammer to make some stacking Kung Fu Panda figures.
We got Owen a sand/water play table, which he enjoys very much. But unlike the children depicted on the box, he does not keep the sand and water separate AT ALL. It turns into a big mushy, sandy mess where he puts weeds, rocks, and cars. Yuck! But he's in heaven.
We also got a savvy new storage bench for O's toys. He likes to lay in it though, a la an old school vampire. Maybe he'll finally learn to hide here during Hide'n'Seek?
And we did manage to meet up with Carson one day at the park. The boys really missed each other!
There were four of us from my Bunco group that had babies within 6 weeks of each other and already had toddlers close in age, too. Strangely, each toddler got the opposite sex baby sibling. We got the kids together for a few photos. Each toddler is sitting by their sibling, and the babies are arranged by birth order. Hadley is 3rd from left. Owen sat down, touched her head, and said "This mines!" Just to be clear! :)
