Circus Circus

The circus came to town!  I decided it was worth another look, since we hadn't been in a couple of years, and this is the only gig that comes through here.  The kids LOVED it!  I think they did a pretty good job, too.  From the acrobats to jumping dogs to tigers, lots of tigers...

they were riveted...

The circus even had Spiderman make an appearance!

Both kids were fascinated by the elephants, who did a pretty neat show.  Yes, that is Hadley clapping and not facing the elephants!  Haha!  I think they were too slow for her, but she did enjoy watching them.

Owen's favorite was the Rocketman (aka Human Cannonball).  It was a pretty awesome finale!  And we got out of there just before the rain/windstorm came through!

In totally unrelated, but fun news, our garden has been busy producing broccoli, spinach, parsley, and kale.  We are just getting a few strawberries and sugar snap peas now, and next up are tomatoes, raspberries, zucchini, beets, and carrots.  Yum!
